We appreciate your understanding regarding the following.
◆ Basically, we will work under your instructions as follows, and we do not support Refund and Return.
◆ We do not require completion and perfection of work as we will do the best we can within our service hours.
If necessary, we will need to adjust the time and frequency of our services, so our services and fees will vary.
◆ Inclement weather or other adverse conditions may cause service dates to be changed, and we will reschedule whenever possible.
In such cases, please note that for twice-monthly services, the time between the first and second services may be shorter.
◆ For the second monthly visit, the following conditions apply to refunds
First, if the dates provided are cancelled by the client, they are not eligible for a refund.
However, if the second monthly service cannot be performed due to inclement weather or other force majeure, the fee will be refunded as follows
1 hour : $20
1.5 hours : $30
2 hours : $35
2.5 hours : $40
◆ Our monthly services are in annual contract.
If you stop service within one year, you must pay $30 per half hour for last month instead of the monthly fee. And we do the service within these hours below.
